Kennel Cams

Please note that the staff at All Valley Animal Resort is not able to provide technical support if you are having problems viewing the kennel cams. We do not guarantee that you will be able to view the kennel cams on your computer.

All Valley Animal Resort has 10 Deluxe Suites that are equipped with Kennel Cams. If you have reserved a suite with a kennel cam when you check in you will be given a username and password for your pets suite.

In order to view of All Valley Animal Resort's kennel cams you must use Internet Explorer as your browser.

Internet Explorer 8 does have some compatibility issues with our Kennel Cams and the fixes are listed below.

When updating the remote computer to IE8, all Active X settings will be defaulted, you might experience 'cannot find page' or 'cannot connect to site' or a scrambled view. Please follow these steps to enable Active X so that user will be able to connect to the DVR again.

Step 1.

If Vista, please disable User Account Controls first before anything else. If XP proceed to Step 2.
  1. User Account Controls or UAC can be found on "Start" select "Control Panel", select "Classic View" then "User Account," then click on "Turn User Account Control on or off."
  2. Remove the check mark on the "Use User Account Control(UAC) to help protect your computer."
  3. Click "OK," then it will ask to restart the remote computer.

Step 2. Enable Active X

  1. Go to "Start" select "Control Panel," then select "Internet Options," click on "Security" tab. Under the "Security" tab there are 3 zones to change let us begin by selecting "Internet," then click "Custom level."
  2. Scroll down to " ActiveX controls and plug-ins." Please change only the options for ActiveX that are "Disable" anything that is "Enable" or "Prompt" leave it as is.
  3. If the option is "Disable" please put it to "Prompt" and if "Prompt" is not available put it to "Enable."
  4. After all the disabled options are prompted or enabled click "OK."
  5. Repeat 2, 3 and 4 for "Local intranet" and "Trusted Sites."

Step 3. Enable Compatibility View

  1. Open Internet Explorer 8, click on "Tools" then Select "Compatibility View Settings."
  2. Under the "Compatibility View Settings" put a check mark on the "Display all websites in Compatibility View."
  3. Then click "Close."

Step 4.

Remove the check mark on "Enable memory protection to help mitigate online attacks."
  1. Open Internet Explorer 8, click on "Tools" then Select "Internet Options."
  2. On "Internet Options" select the "Advanced Tab" then scroll down to "Security." Then remove the check mark on "Enable memory protection to help mitigate online attacks."
  3. Also remove the check mark on "Check for publisher's certificate revocation."
